¡Y LLEGÓ EL MOMENTO! // IT'S TIME TO SET OFF!

Maletas hechas, visado al día, vacunas puestas, planes de estudios firmados, nervios a flor de piel… ¡Todo preparado! 

¡El próximo lunes! Me montaré, si Dios quiere,  en un Boeing 770 de Emirates, en Barajas, con primera parada en….. ¡Dubai! Esa ciudad artificial de los Emiratos Árabes ,construida a base de petrodólares y robándole terreno al mar, pero a la que muchos nombran como la ciudad del futuro.

Aterrizaré sobre las 12 de la noche en el International Airport Dubai.  Apretada agenda para los dos días que voy a estar en suelo árabe. En rojo están señalados… ”snowboarding” por las dunas del desierto, paseo en camello, subida al mirador del edificio más alto del Mundo (Burj Khalifa), ruta “bashing” en 4x4 por el desierto y  baño obligado en el mar del Golfo Pérsico, can’t wait!!

Ya os contaré cómo resulta ser `in situ´, pero es innegable que en estos vídeos youtuberos  Dubai IM-PRESIONA:

Qué ganas de pisar suelo asiático, de experimentar su cultura, de perderme entre su gente, conocer nuevos idiomas… en definitiva, de seguir aprendiendo.

Para después de la aventura coreana, me surge la opción de alargar mi estancia por aquellos lares haciendo prácticas de empresa, además de otros planes que también tienen mucho que ver con permanecer lejos de nuestra tierra, por lo que algo me dice que éste será el comienzo del resto de mi vida, yay!!¡¡

El poder vivir esta experiencia, al igual que todo lo que he conseguido hasta ahora, ha sido con gran esfuerzo y dedicación, pero nada hubiera sido posible sin la ayuda y apoyo de esas personas que son mi mayor soporte, mis padres, hermana y abuela. Por eso, quiero aprovechar para agradecer que lo hayan dado todo por mí y decirles cuánto les quiero y aprecio.

Sin dilatarme más, que se me va el AVE… ¡¡ Os escribo la próxima vez desde tierras orientales!!

IT’S TIME TO SET OFF!

Luggage packed, gotten visa, updated vaccinations, academic agreements  signed, skin-deep nerves ... Everything is ready!

Next Monday is the day! I will get on a Boeing 770 Emirates, God willing,  at Barajas airport heading to... Dubai! That artificial city built by petrodollars and stealing land from the sea, but which is named as the `city of the future´.

I’ll land at 12.00 am on  Dubai International Airport.  Among the agenda for the two days I'll spend there, several spots are highlighted in red ... "sandboarding" along the dunes of the desert, camel ride, get to the top of the worldwide tallest  building  (Burj Khalifa), bashing 4x4 through the desert and an obligatory dip  in the Persian Gulf sea.


I will let you know what Dubai turns to be on-site, but it's beyond question that on this youtube videos, it looks amazing. [Check out the video, above]

How eager I am for stepping for in Asia, in order  to experience their culture, get lost among their  folks, learn new languages ​​... in short, to keep learning.

After the Korean adventure comes to me the option  of extending my stay around that land doing an internship, besides some other plans that also have to do with these “far away  terrains”, so my inner self tells me this will be the beginning of the rest of my life, exciting!!

Being able to get enrolled in this experience,  as well as everything I've achieved so far has been with great effort and dedication, but nothing would have been possible without the help of those who are my biggest support, my parents, sister and granma. So, I take advantage to thank  them for always giving me a hand with everything  and highlight how much I love them and appreciate them.

I’ll not keep waffling, otherwhise  I’ ll lose the train to Madrid... I will write all of you next time  from Eastern lands!
